Joshua Shanty

Josh graduated from the University of Maryland-Baltimore County (UMBC) in 2012 with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He worked in the engineering field for several years as an Assistant Manager of the Service Department at a corrugating equipment manufacturer.

Both clients and the team have benefited from his attention to detail and his ease in integrating technology into the practice. By taking an engineering approach, he has simplified what is complicated and enabled us to provide efficient financial planning to our clients. 

He serves as a financial planner and has his Life and Health insurance license as well as his Series 7 and Series 66 registrations. He is an Investment Advisor Representative.

Joshua is the proud father of 5-year-old twins, Reese and Colten, and don't ask him about them unless you have a lot of time to listen!
